Passed away in his residence at Birkdale Place, Milton on Friday, January 5, 2018. Roger was born in St-Louis-de-Gonzague, Quebec on June 3, 1922. Predeceased by his loving wife of 70 years, Dorothy and his son Pierre (Carol). Devoted father to Richard (Ruth), Robert (Edie), Michele, Theresa (Peter). Roger will be sadly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special thanks to all the staff at Birkdale for the kindness and care he received in his short stay there. Roger was an avid skier and was still on the hills at Glen Eden at 93 years of age.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home 114 Main St. E. Milton 905-878-4452 on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 7 – 9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 139 Martin St Milton on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers a donation in memory of Roger to the Milton District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
